出國相關液體物安檢

~液體、膠狀及噴霧類物品實施新安檢措施~
一、自96年3月1日起，旅客出國搭機時，身上及隨身行李內所放置之液體、膠狀及噴霧類物品，將實施新的管制措施，若未能符合以下規定者，僅可放置於託運行李內交由航空公司運送：
(一)旅客身上或隨身行李內所攜帶之液體、膠狀及噴霧類物品之容器，其體積不可超過100毫升(100c.c.)。
(二)所有液體、膠狀及噴霧類物品容器均應裝於不超過1公升(1000c.c.)且可重複密封之透明塑膠袋內，所有容器裝於塑膠袋內時，塑膠袋應可完全密封。
(三)前項所述之塑膠袋每名旅客僅能攜帶1個，於通過安檢線時須自隨身行李中取出，並放置於置物籃內通過檢查人員目視及X光檢查儀檢查。
(四)旅客攜帶搭機時所必要但未符合前述限量規定之嬰兒牛奶/食品、藥物或其他醫療所需之液體、膠狀及噴霧類物品，應先向航空公司洽詢，並於通過安檢線時，向安全檢查人員申報，於獲得同意後，可不受前揭規定之限制。

二、前述1公升且可重複密封之透明塑膠袋(長、寬各約20公分)請旅客先行準備，旅客可於各大超市、量販店或零售店內購得。

三、常見旅客攜帶之液體、膠狀及噴霧類物品通常包括礦泉水、飲料、香水、漱口水、隱形眼鏡清潔液、乳液、牙膏、髮膠等，若旅客欲將前述物品放置於身上或隨身行李內攜帶上機，則均需符合前述之限量規定，至於固態化妝品，如口紅、護唇膏、粉餅等，則不受限制均可攜帶上機，惟部分膠狀或液狀類之口紅、唇蜜、粉底液等化妝品，則仍須符合前述有關之限量規定。

四、旅客通過安檢線後於機場管制區免稅商店內所購買之液體、膠狀及噴霧類物品原則不受限制，惟如欲於其他國家轉機之旅客，因各國之規定略有不同，因此，提醒旅客於購買前先向免稅商店服務人員洽詢有關之規定。

五、前述措施將適用於所有自我國搭乘國際線班機(含國際包機)之出境、轉機及過境旅客，出國旅客儘量簡化隨身行李，並將無需於機上使用及未符合前述限量規定之液體、膠狀或噴霧類物品放置於託運行李內以加速通關作業。

注意事項：
1. 不要帶：工具箱、貴重物品、飾品。 (如需要帶，請務必放在扥運行李中)
2. 攜帶：小筆電，雨傘(雨衣)。(其餘攜帶物品請參考手冊)
3. 行李：請以必要及輕便為原則，各組七年級以上同學負責勤務支援。
4. 請務必記得帶SciFest RUN2009 活動手冊。
5. 晚宴在 Sokos Hotel Kimmel Joensuu(五星級飯店，請見下圖)餐廳，請記得帶領帶、襯衫(男)、適當服裝。
6. HOMESTAY採自願式，預定在4/14晚間進行。想參加者請帶500元內之小禮物送對方家庭。
7. 歐元零用金(至機場時可交給老師保管)。之前有家長建議使用合作金庫銀行電子錢包，因其無法在國外使用所以還是需換歐元現金。
台灣銀行的匯率可能較低(4/7 EURO: NT 44.98:1)，大家可比價看看。
8. 吃宵夜點心的碗、筷。
9. 個人化名片。
10.保暖大衣可隨身上機(放登機箱，長寬高總和不超過115公分，重量不超過7公斤)，或放在託運行李最外層，以方便下機時寒冷就可以穿。
11.動物類(如牛肉乾等)、植物類(水果等)物品請勿攜帶，以免過海關須檢驗很麻煩。
12.行李牌，寄件之託運行李箱內部，最好能放入自製的行李牌，以防萬一外部之行李牌掉落有認領依據。
旅行社會另製行李牌給大家放置在行李外側。因人多，隨身行李最好每件都綁上行李牌、標示，才好認領、照顧。
大衣外套衣領內側也最好做好個人姓名標示。團體制服藍色外套，請記得在左手臂外側繡上姓名。
13. 如要帶電器，請記得要有變壓器設備(110V-220V芬蘭-230V愛沙尼亞)+轉接頭，例如電腦電源線、手機充電器、相機充電器、吹風機等。
